Helping leaders develop self-awareness to strengthen relationships and achieve
better results.
All organizations – regardless of what they do - require people to develop and execute their strategy. Every role plays a part in making the organization successful, and every person in every role needs to interact – effectively – with many other people. And yet with all of the different ways we have of showing up and getting work done, there are always opportunities to improve how we work together. Improved relationships – between a CEO and her direct reports, between team members working together on goals and projects, between leaders, board members and even external stakeholders – will lead to a more engaging organizational culture and better business results.

Better relationships start with self-awareness. Self-awareness is at the top of the list of characteristics of great leaders. And while 95% of people believe they have a high degree of self-awareness, only 10-15% really do.
So how do you strengthen your self-awareness? That’s where I come in. I use a valid, reliable behavioral assessment instrument, the Activity Vector Analysis (AVA). It’s accurate, and easy to learn and apply. It helps you understand why you do what you do and why others do what they do. And most importantly, it helps you understand when and how to adjust your behavior, situationally, to achieve better results, one relationship at a time.

The experiences below use the AVA to help leaders and teams strengthen their self-awareness.
1:1 Assessment and Coaching

"Self-awareness gives you the capacity to learn from your mistakes as well as your successes. It enables you to keep growing."

Lawrence Bossidy

Designed for leaders who want to gain a deeper understanding of their behavioral tendencies in a 1:1 setting and learn when and how to adjust their behavior for better results. Consists of an introductory meeting, completion of the assessment, and 2-10 follow-up sessions depending on the individual's goals.
Self-Awareness Workshop

"Self-awareness involves deep personal honesty. It comes from asking and answering hard questions."

Stephen R Covey

This workshop is a perfect addition to a leadership conference or your organization's leadership development curriculum. Over the course of four hours, groups of 8-12 leaders who have all completed the assessment learn together in a group setting. Everyone leaves with a deeper understanding of their own behavioral tendencies, and a plan for how to adjust, situationally, to strengthen relationships.
Team Effectiveness Workshop

"Strong relationships are the foundation of high-performing teams."
Simon Sinek

This workshop is designed for teams who work together on shared goals and objectives. Over the course of six hours, team members will learn about their own - and other team members' - behavioral tendencies. Discussions focus on when and how team members might adjust their behavior to strengthen relationships and achieve more together.
