Meet Terri

Terri Radcliff is a leadership and organizational development professional with deep experience in organizational culture, leadership development, and talent management.  Working in a broad cross-section of environments and staff structures Terri has provided strategic leadership, operational planning and impact measurement to leadership teams and the organizations they serve, in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Terri is recognized as a subject matter expert in learning experience design and facilitation. In all areas related to leadership and organizational development, Terri works passionately to develop effective people strategies that put practices in place to enable organizations to embrace a talent mindset and realize its benefits.

Terri has held leadership positions in leadership development and talent management at Sears Holdings, Universal Access, Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST, and most recently as the SVP of Talent & Knowledge Management for YMCA of the USA.  Since leaving Y-USA in 2020, Terri has been consulting on a variety of leadership development projects for Easterseals, YMCA Retirement Fund, and more.  She has an M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and holds numerous certifications in leadership behavior assessments.  In her leisure time, Terri enjoys long walks with her rescue dogs and planning the next big vacation.
